AI Craft Technologies (aicrafttechnologies.com) respects your right to control your data, including data connected via Facebook or Instagram integrations (e.g. ACT Engage).
How to request deletion
To request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including Instagram/Facebook account data connected through our apps — email us at kesse@aicrafttechnologies.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the account/email you used.
What happens next
We will locate and permanently delete your data from our systems within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
Facebook / Instagram disconnect
You can also revoke our app’s access directly from your Facebook or Instagram account settings at any time — this immediately stops any further data collection, independent of a deletion request.
